Return Shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Refunds

If approved:

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
